NORTHWEST FAITH-BASED COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
The Northwest Faith-Based Community Partnership (NWFBCP also called Northwest Faith Partners) plans and implements faith-based initiatives that will make a positive impact on those who live, work, and worship within the Northwest (NW) District of Baltimore City, Maryland.

HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS, INC.
Healthy Neighborhoods has been a leader in community development and responsible for revitalizing neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City by employing a “Build from Strength” approach. Since 2000, Healthy Neighborhoods has generated $100 million of private and public capital and $6 million in operating grants for Baltimore neighborhoods. Healthy Neighborhoods’ investments and approach have revitalized its middle neighborhoods and shall bring its expertise to begin improving the Pimlico Area neighborhoods.
PIMLICO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Pimlico Community Development Authority (PCDA) is an advisory group established by State legislation to provide community input on how slots funding is allocated in the Pimlico area. Slots revenue, in the form of Local Impact Aid, is available from the state for jurisdictions that have casino facilities. Through an annual spending plan, Local Impact Aid (slots funding) is available primarily for capital purposes benefitting economic and community development. The funding is designated for the Park Heights Master Plan area and the surrounding neighborhoods (1 mile radius: Northwest Community Planning Forum SNAP, Liberty-Wabash area, and Coldspring Newton).
CUTHBERT, CORDELIA, HAYWARD & BEAUFORT NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
The CCHB neighborhood is located within the 5th Councilmanic District of Northwest Baltimore City and has been targeted as the neighborhood for the Operation On Guard Pilot Program.

LIVING LEGACY FOUNDATION OF MARYLAND
As the organ procurement organization (OPO) for Maryland (with the exception of Montgomery, Prince George's, and Charles Counties), The Living Legacy Foundation (The LLF) facilitates donation and transplantation in area hospitals, provides donor family support, and educates hospitals and the general public about the life-saving power of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
